The Work includes comprehensive mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural upgrades throughout the TARC’s T&O facility, including replacement of major HVAC equipment and distribution systems, boiler replacement, electrical switchgear and feeder modifications, lighting and fire-alarm adjustments, selective demolition and finish restoration, new flooring and casework installations, and structural penetrations and reinforcements.
The project shall be executed within an active, 24-hour operational transit facility. Continuous coordination with TARC operations staff is required. Roofing repairs are excluded from this Contract and will be provided under a separate TARC contract. The Contractor shall coordinate all roof-top work with TARC.
