Also, you can apply for most jobs with just your e-mail address, so you don't have to give out your name, phone number, or other personal information. We also do not keep any information from your deleted resume on our servers.
  5. We do not let employers view any online resume you have stored at unless you authorize us to do so. We give users two options when storing their resume on our site: you can make it "public" or "private." A private resume is only viewable to select employers to which you apply online through our site. In other words, you control who sees it. A public resume is stored in our general resume database, and can be viewed by bonafide employers.

Employers, on the other hand, can remain anonymous by leaving the company name blank in the job ad form and accepting "blind box" responses through your Employer Folder account.
