Notice is hereby given that the Interurban Transit Partnership (ITP) is requesting proposals for:
HEAVY DUTY LOW-FLOOR BUS - FIVE (5) YEAR CONTRACT
MIN./MAX. = 5/314
Copies of this Request for Proposals (RFP) are available from the Interurban Transit Partnership (ITP), Procurement Department, 300 Ellsworth Ave. SW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 by contacting Kevin Wisselink, Director of Procurement & Capital Planning, at the above address, by phone (616) 774-1190, or by e-mail at [email protected].
All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP and shall be received in the office listed above before 2:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Thursday, August 20, 2026. Late bids will be returned unopened.
No Pre-Proposal Conference will be scheduled for this procurement.
ITP hereby notifies all proposers that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to the RFP, advertisement, or solicitation, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals, and no one will be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, disability, age, or national origin in consideration for an award.
ITP reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the RFP process as ITP deems in its own best interest.
