ANNOUNCEMENT – EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS Dear Proposer:
ACI-Herzog, A Joint Venture (“AHJV”), hereby notifies all interested proponents that the deadline for the submittal of questions regarding RFP-2026-CCTV-01 has been extended until June 12, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected] on or before the extended deadline. Questions received after the deadline may not be considered.
After the deadline, AHJV will review the questions received and will provide the corresponding answers to all proponents simultaneously. Future dates, including the proposal submittal deadline and any other applicable RFP deadlines or milestones, will be announced by AHJV.
Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms, conditions, requirements, and deadlines set forth in the RFP remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

ANNOUNCEMENT – NEW AND FINAL SITE VISIT PRIOR TO PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL Dear Proposer:
You are hereby invited to attend a new and final site visit for RFP-2026-CCTV-01, scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:30 a.m.
The meeting will take place at the ACI-Herzog, A Joint Venture offices, located at 24 Road 21, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The site visit will be hosted by Jorge Otero, P.E.
This will be the final site visit prior to the proposal submittal deadline. Accordingly, interested proponents are encouraged to attend.

Dear Proposer:
ACI-Herzog, A Joint Venture (AHJV), a Contractor for the Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority, who is responsible for the Operations and Maintenance of the Tren Urbano System, will consider sealed proposals to be submitted in duplicate on or before end of business day (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on February 9, 2026 for the provision of CCTV PARTIAL CAMERA REPLACEMENT & STORAGE EXPANSION in accordance with the following specifications, requirements, and obligations. The deadline for submittal of questions is January 9, 2026 at end of business day (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time).
Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Contracts Administrator, located on the third (3rd) floor of the Operations and Maintenance Building, 24 Road 21, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. AHJV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all proposals for any reason whatsoever.
No offer may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. This project is funded with federal funds from the Federal Transit Administration. The Proponent must comply with all Federal regulations, including, but not limited to, minimum wage rates and EEO Requirements as established by the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) Requirements of 49 CFR Part 26. In addition, the Proponent must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, especially those imposed by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), including FTA Circular 4220.1G.
Any response to this request delivered after the above deadline will not be considered. AHJV reserves the right to request any or all respondents to attend an interview, at no cost to AHJV.
In the event AHJV decides, in its sole discretion, to enter into subcontract negotiations with the most qualified and responsive Proposer, AHJV will provide the Proposer with a Subcontract that will, at a minimum, contain all the terms and conditions included in this RFP and all attachments hereto.
