DDOT NOW PARATRANSIT SERVICES
The City of Detroit, Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) requests proposals from qualified firms to provide DDOT NOW Paratransit Services for the Detroit Department of Transportation. Proposals must be received on or before 4:00 p.m. (EST), September 23, 2024 and are to be submitted in accordance with Request for Proposals (RFP) 184938 dated August 9, 2024. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS.
This project contains a subcontracting requirement of 3% with those firms who have obtained certification as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm, as defined by 49 CFR Part 26 from the DDOT Office of Contract Compliance, another transit authority, or the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), or as a small business [SBA-n (a)], as determined by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
The City of Detroit reserves the right to postpone, accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, at its discretion, subject to the rules and regulations set forth by the City of Detroit. Firms or individuals whose names appear on the U.S. Comptroller General’s list of ineligible contractors will not be considered.

The successful proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Interested parties must download a copy of the RFP through Oracle, the City of Detroit’s e-procurement system. Respondents must be registered in the City of Detroit’s Oracle supplier database in order to submit a proposal. Registration can be completed at www.Detroitmi.gov/Supplier.
