PUBLIC NOTICE
LTD SOLICITATION 2022-52 - RIDESOURCE CALL CENTER & SPECIAL TRANSPORTATION FLEET OPERATIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Lane Transit District (“LTD”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or teams capable of operating and managing its RideSource Call Center (RSCC) and Special Transportation Fleet. The RSCC takes customer reservations and arranges transportation services for ADA Paratransit and other human services transportation within the Eugene/Springfield metro and Florence service areas, as well as Non-Emergent Medical Transportation for Medicaid-eligible riders residing in Lane County and the surrounding small communities.
Solicitation documents are available for download via LTD’s e-Procurement web portal at https://ltd.gob2g.com/. You must create a user ID and a password to access the solicitation. Be certain to make a note of logon information as it is required to enter your proposal. If you already have a user ID, be certain that your profile is updated with your latest contact information.
An optional, virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. (PDT) on August 26, 2022 via Zoom meeting. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. Proposals are due October 21, 2022, by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific). After the closing due date and time proposals will be opened and an official register of the submittals received will be recorded by LTD procurement. Proposals must be fully submitted as an upload to the LTD e-Procurement system on or before the date and time specified. Late proposals are not accepted.
NO PAPER, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAILED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VENDORS MUST REGISTER IN THE B2GNOW SYSTEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SOLICITATION.
