A virtual Pre-Proposal conference will be held on November 3, 2020, at 9:00 am. To participate in the pre-proposal meeting, please listen by phone: Dial 1 (877) 422-8614 and enter extension 833126#. All proposals must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at the address/email listed above, sent to the attention of Victor Zepeda. Proposals received later than the above date and time will be rejected and returned to the proposer unopened.
