VIA Metropolitan Transit is seeking bids for the lease of tires and support services. The Contractor shall furnish new, radial, non-recapped tubeless tires for use on VIA’s bus and paratransit cutaway van fleet. The quantity of tires to be furnished shall be sufficient to keep all buses and paratransit vans fully equipped as well as to provide a reserve supply of mounted wheel-tire assemblies and unmounted tires ready for use. The Contractor shall ensure that all activities required under this contract comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, January 28, 2020, in the Administration Board Room, located at 800 W Myrtle, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 PM CDT February 25, 2020
