VIA is soliciting proposals from responsible firms for a customizable financial wellness program that includes an application platform for employees that can be accessed by smart phone, tablet, or a personal computer. The platform should provide tips on various topics such as student loans, credit cards, savings, and retirement. The Contractor must work with VIA in offering in-person financial educational seminars on VIA premises, to include but not limited to retirement, debt and budgeting. The Contractor will be required to send VIA’s Wellness Coordinator monthly data tracking the number of employees using the services.
A Pre-proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM, February 13, 2019 in the Administration Board Room, located at 800 W Myrtle, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Proposals must be submitted on or before 4:45 PM CDT March 15, 2019.
