Targhee Regional Public Transportation Authority (TRPTA) is seeking written proposals to contract for automotive service / repairs / parts and tire service needed to keep TRPTA vehicles functioning.
This is an Invitation to Bid for procurement purposes. The award of this solicitation will result in a Fixed Price Contract for the period beginning March 2019 through February 2020.
Proposers will provide fleet maintenance services, including labor, parts, and materials necessary for the various classifications, types and makes/models of vehicles within TRPTA’s vehicle fleet which include ADA wheelchair lifts.

Pre-Conference meeting will be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. mountain time. If you plan to call please see the ITB for call in number and pin.
Deadline for questions is 4:00 P.M. mountain time Tuesday, January 22, 2019. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. mountain time on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.
Proposals must be delivered either in person or mail to TRPTA, 1810 W Broadway, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402, Attn: Procurement Specialist. Please ensure the outside of the envelope/box is labeled ITB-PRO062018.
TRPTA is not responsible for failure of the postal service or private delivery service to locate and deliver the Proposal in a timely manner.
