BUSINESS CENTER SERVICES
Pre-proposal Conference: January 15, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
Proposals Due: February 6, 2019, prior to 3:00 p.m.
PURPOSE OF PROCUREMENT
(a) The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, transportation, and material to perform the management of an on-site Business Center at Capital Metro’s Main Office located at 2910 E. 5th Street.
(b) The Contractor shall be responsible for the management of the on-site Business Center that will include the following required services:
(1) Copy services (including color copying).
(2) Copier, fax and scanner maintenance services.
(3) Mail services (Internal & External).
(4) Courier services.
(5) Scanning/Optical Character Reader (OCR)/imaging/indexing.
(6) Boardroom Furniture Arrangement.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Capital Metro will provide the space and power within its 2910 E. 5th Street location to house the Business Center. The Contractor will operate from a centralized location. All equipment should maintain an energy efficient standard. The Contractor will provide all business center requirements including staff, other necessary locations, equipment, and consumables to provide the following required services:
(a) Centralized copy services (including color copying).
(b) Self-service copy (B/W) and fax areas.
(c) Self-service scanning services (including OCR and color).
(d) Departmental copy (B/W) machines appropriate for high volume areas.
(e) Mail services.
(f) Courier services.
Note: Services provided under items (a) through (d) above must integrate with CMTA Office 365 and SharePoint.
