VIA is seeking a contractor to provide software and implementation services for an automated paratransit scheduling and dispatching system. The elements of the software and technology system shall aid VIA in the daily mission of providing quality demand response service efficiently and economically, including the use of an interactive app for scheduling. The system shall provide VIA’s customer with better information and overall experience while also providing VIA’s operators and managers with a more efficient system utilization process.
Proposals must be submitted on or before 2:00 P.M. CDT, March 31, 2025.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on February 20, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. CDT. Vendors wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed in Part 1.3.3 Pre-Proposal Conference of the RFP. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.
