LACMTA will receive proposals for PS141828 - State Advocacy Services.

This project is a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Set-Aside contract. To participate in this RFP, proposers must be SBE certified with LACMTA prior to proposal due date. A Virtual Pre-Proposal conference via Microsoft Teams will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. Please see section LOI-05 Pre-Proposal Conference for the link to join the Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference.

All proposals must be received electronically via email to [email protected] on or before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Thursday, June 25, 2026. Proposals received later than the above date and time will be rejected. It is recommended that proposer’s email(s) are sent with a Delivery and Read receipt for their records.
