IFB 815683: Roof Replacements-2910

CapMetro operates three (3) buildings located at 2910 E. 5th Street, Austin, Texas. These buildings include an Administration Building, a Fleet Maintenance Building, and a Fuel and Wash Building. The roofs of each of these buildings have reached the end of their life cycle and will need to be replaced to stop the water leaks.

a. Administration Building Roof Area = 14,700 square feet.

b. Fleet Maintenance Building Roof Area = 86,400 square feet.

c. Fuel and Wash Building Roof Area = 6,100 square feet.

d. The Contractor will provide the labor, materials, and equipment to complete the roof installation.

e. The Contractor will take responsibility to properly dispose of construction materials off-site. Note: Contractor will not be allowed to use CapMetro dumpsters.

f. The Contractor and subcontractors are required to work safely on the property at all times.

g. The Contractor will take financial responsibility for any negligence/damage to the building or equipment.

h. Certification is required from the roofing system manufacturer that the Installer is approved, authorized, or licensed by the manufacturer to install the roofing system.

i. 20 Year Manufacturer Warranty on materials & labor coverage (includes extended warranty is required).

j. Extended Warranty must be authorized and supported by the Roofing Manufacturer.
