This strategic leader will oversee all financial operations, from planning and analysis to budgeting, reporting, risk management, and compliance, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long term sustainability. As the CEO’s key business partner, the CFO will help interpret the financial landscape, bring forward proactive insights on grants, funding, and future scenarios, and guide leadership and the Board through complex decisions with clarity and courage.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $110,000 – $150,000 based on qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities.
