We are looking to hire a Dispatch Operations Coordinator. This person will be responsible for the coordination of the daily operational activity of Vivalon’s Contract Transportation Services. Key focus areas are dispatch communication with drivers, communication with agencies/program staff/client guardians, queue log maintenance, and preparation of reports.

The following skills and experience are qualifications for this job:

• Scheduling, dispatch, or equivalent environment; transportation experience is desired.
• Working knowledge of scheduling and dispatch software (or equivalent) and dispatch procedures
• Able to provide leadership and direction for co-workers as needed.
• Able to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Able to skillfully assess client needs, co-worker availability, and traffic and routing issues in providing direction and instruction to drivers.
• Able to apply sound judgment in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment, while managing multiple tasks, coordinating between multiple individuals, and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits
$25 - $28/hour depending on experience.
