Position Summary
MyCity Transportation is seeking an experienced, analytical, and entrepreneurial leader to serve as Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy. This executive leadership role serves as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, supporting finance, business analytics, contract administration, proposal pricing, compliance, project management, business intelligence, and strategic planning to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the President & CEO on strategic initiatives and executive reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
• Assist with RFP responses, proposal pricing, and business development.
• Manage contracts, compliance, corporate documentation, and risk initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects, process improvements, SOP development, and technology initiatives using Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in business operations, finance, transportation, project management, government contracting, or a related field.
• Transportation or government contracting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, project management, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
