Vivalon Rides is expanding to Solano County. We are looking to hire a Senior Transportation Supervisor to oversee this new operation. This supervisor is our driver workforce's first line of management and will supervise a designated group of drivers. Responsibilities include driver interviews, performance coaching, performance evaluations, training, appreciation,and recognition.
This position requires a commercial driver's license (or the willingness to obtain one) and experience in overseeing drivers.
Requirements:
- Leadership and supervisory experience.
- Transportation operational experience.
- Knowledge of ADA policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of Vivalon service areas and Service Contract requirements is desired.
- Knowledge of applicable State and Federal work and passenger bus safety rules & regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skill in organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
