The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) seeks a qualified Vendor to provide Research Services. Currently, this is in the form of paper quarterly customer surveys in Monroe County, but could include other forms of data collection necessary for community engagement, marketing/advertising, dissemination of public information, employee engagement, and governmental projects and programs.

RGRTA is looking to unify and standardize (where possible) research methodologies across subsidiaries and services, with a special emphasis on ensuring accessibility for those living with disabilities, those whom English is not their first language and equity among ridership.

A virtual Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 am EST on November 29, 2023, via MS Teams. Funding for the services being sought under this solicitation include New York State funding, therefore a 30% MWBE goal has been applied to this procurement.

Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority.
