Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications No. 25-001A (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals to provide design-build services and work for the Arcadia/Irwindale Hydrogen Fueling Infrastructure Project. This RFQ is the first step in the procurement of a design-build contractor in accordance with California Public Contract Code §§22160-22169.
This RFQ is requesting SOQs from interested design-build entities in order to pre-qualify and short list those entities that will be requested to submit competitive sealed proposals pursuant to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to be subsequently issued by Foothill Transit.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. PDT on September 10, 2024. This is the only scheduled site visit. Attendees should assemble on the second floor of Foothill Transit’s Administrative Offices located at 100 South Vincent Avenue, West Covina, California by 8:45 a.m. PST. An optional teleconference will be held via Zoom at 2:00 PM, PDT on September 10, 2024, please see the RFQ documents for meeting information.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m., PST on October 17, 2022.
