Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation from qualified and responsible firms for BATHROOM RENOVATIONS AT NICE Bus Norman J. Levy, Mitchel Field Depot in Garden City, NY. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term.

Work shall be performed in compliance with Federal, New York State, and Local codes and the specifications included in the IFB.

We will hold a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site tour on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. ET at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York. All bidders are encouraged to participate.

A DBE PARTICIPATION GOAL OF TWENTY PERCENT (20%) SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO THIS PROCUREMENT; ALL MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.

We must receive Sealed Bids before the IFB due date and time of TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. ET by NICE Bus at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened at 10:05 A.M. ET on the same date (Tuesday, February 21, 2023) and at the same location.

Funding support for this project is provided through a financial grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
