BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Project Number: V-2208 Transdev Services, Inc. doing business as Nassau Inter-County Express (NICE Bus) is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation from qualified and responsible firms for the REMOVAL, FURNISHING & INSTALLATION of a complete VEHICLE EXHAUST HOSE REEL SYSTEM at the NICE Bus Norman J. Levy, Mitchel Field Depot in Garden City, NY. A contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder and prices shall remain firm throughout the contract term. Work shall be performed in compliance with Federal, New York State, and Local codes and the specifications included in the IFB. We will hold a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site tour on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. ET at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York. All bidders are encouraged to participate. A DBE PARTICIPATION GOAL OF TWO PERCENT (2%) SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO THIS PROCUREMENT; ALL MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. We must receive Sealed Bids before the IFB due date and time of WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. ET. by NICE Bus at 700 Commercial Avenue, Garden City, New York 11530. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened at 10:05 A.M. ET on the same date (Wednesday, FEBRUARY 1, 2023) and at the same location.
