TRACK AND SIGNAL INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Authority) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide track and signal infrastructure maintenance and support services for its commuter rail service known as Metrolink. The Request for Proposals (RFP) is accessible at: https://www.metrolinktrains.com/about/doing-business.

Electronic Proposal Submittals are due on December 17, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. (PST). The Authority will conduct a remote Pre-Proposal Conference and virtual Facilities Tour on October 29, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. (PST). Participants must RSVP by Tuesday, October 27, 2020 through the vendor portal to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Facilities Tour.

The contract to be awarded is funded in part under grants issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Transit Administration. As a condition of financial assistance agreements between the Authority and U.S. DOT, the Authority has established a goal of 18.6% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation on this project.
