Sealed proposals [one (1) original plus eight (8) copies] will be accepted until 4:00 PM Pacific time, Friday, May 31, 2019, by Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201-2686, to provide STA with requirements-based, demand-responsive, ADA-eligible Paratransit transportation services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. In addition, one (1) proposal shall be submitted in PDF format electronically to:

Sealed proposals shall be submitted to Ms. Tjards at the above address and are to be marked Proposal to Provide Requirements-based, Demand-responsive, ADA-eligible Paratransit Transportation Services.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at STA on Monday, April 22, 2019 at 10:00 AM Pacific time. Prospective contractors are encouraged to attend. STA’s meeting facility is ADA accessible.
