MAINTENANCE, OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION FACILITY - ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING SERVICES


Ben Franklin Transit, (hereinafter referred to as BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an experienced Architecture and Engineering Firm in Public Transit to provide planning, design, bidding, and construction management services for the BFT’s maintenance, operations and administration (MOA) facility, and security review & design.

Pre-proposal meeting will be held on 2/20/2019 at 1:30 PM (PST). Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM (PST) on 3/19/2019. Protest Procedure Policy
BFT’s protest procedure policy can be obtained by contacting Rob Orvis, Procurement Manager, by the above address or phone number. Firms who can demonstrate substantial economic interest may protest BFT’s decision regarding a provision of the Request for Qualification or contract award.

Firms will be required to follow all Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. BFT reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. This Request for Proposals may be canceled and any and all Proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of BFT.
