REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE
TICKET VENDING MACHINES


Seven (7) sets (one (1) original and six (6) copies) of sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time, March 29, 2019, by Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, for the provision of Ticket Vending Machines, installation and maintenance, in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. In addition, one electronic version in PDF format shall be submitted to Ms. Jacqueline Tjards at:

RFP packages may be obtained from Ms. Jacqueline Tjards, Purchasing Manager, electronically at [email protected] or by calling (509) 325-6032. Proposals shall be submitted to Ms. Tjards at the above address and are to be marked: “Proposal #2019-10295: Ticket Vending Machines”.

STA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any Proposers, and to accept proposals that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
