The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide paratransit web scheduling software, which will enhance the customer experience by enabling them to more quickly create and schedule or cancel trips online rather than by telephone while also providing efficiencies to the scheduling process. This system shall integrate with the Authority’s existing Paratransit software Trapeze Pass. This contract has a DBE goal of 1.71%.
Proposals will be received by mail or hand delivery until 3:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at the RGRTA Administration Building Reception Desk, 1372 East Main Street, Rochester, New York 14609. Proposals received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Fax requests are not accepted.
The RFP document is available by email at: [email protected]. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors, is not eligible to participate.
RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority. The award of a contract is not subject to Section 103 of the NYS General Municipal Law.
