VIA has rebranded its logo, and many of the existing facilities (Primo stations and Park & Rides) need to be updated and rebranded. This rebranding project will be completed in four phases including signage, painting, floor and tile installation, and specialties. This project is for the tile and flooring phase. The Contractor will be responsible for replacing exterior panels at the Frank Madla Park and Ride and the North Star Park and Ride, replacing vinyl flooring at the Downtown Information Center, and replacing the carpeting in the Board Room at the VIA Metro Center (VMC). A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, January 4, 2019, in the Fiscal Management Conference Room, located at 800 W Myrtle, Suite 205, San Antonio, Texas 78212.

Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 PM CDT, February 11, 2019.
