VIA is soliciting proposals from responsible firms for a customizable wellness program that includes an application platform for employees, spouses, and dependents that can be accessed by smart phone, tablet, or a personal computer. The platform will allow staff to be able to import and track a health assessment; import and track gym participation through usage reports from personal gyms or Thrive Employee Fitness Center; offer biometric screenings, offer health coaching; and provide various company-wide personal challenges that can be utilized or customized at VIA’s discretion.
A Pre-proposal Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, January 8, 2019, in the Admin Board Room, located at 800 W Myrtle, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Proposals must be submitted on or before 4:45 PM CDT February 4, 2019.
