The Authority requires equipment and services as listed below in the requirements section, leased compactors, packer/packer boxes, roll-off boxes, front load dumpsters, and the scheduled hauling services for twelve locations in Austin, Texas:

1) 2910 East 5th Street 2) 509 Thompson 3) 9315 Old McNeil 4) 624 Pleasant Valley 5) 817 Howard Lane 6) 3100 East 5th 7) 8200 Cameron 8) 9715 Burnet Road 9) 4811 East 7th 10) 2337 East 6th 11) 7211 Circle S 12) 5315 East Ben White

The lease must include all installation, maintenance, and repair of the compactors, packer/packer boxes, roll-off boxes, and front-load dumpster units. Units shall be kept in good operational condition. Compactors shall be repainted at least once a year. The Authority reserves the right to judge satisfactory conditions. Repair response time shall be within 24 hours of notice unless an emergency exists.
