RFP 124FR015 Downtown Rail Replacement Project

Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 124FR015, issued December 2, 2024, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Downtown Rail Replacement Project. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of Twenty-one percent (21%) for the work to be performed. The Pre-proposal briefing will be held January 6, 2025, at 9 a.m. via Microsoft Teams. Proposals will only be accepted electronically via RTD’s online procurement portal, OpenGov until 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time on February 27, 2025. No paper responses will be accepted.
