Now that Hillsborough Area Regional Transit in Tampa, Fla., has found a new CEO with the board's selection of Adelee Le Grand on Nov. 2, you might wonder about the status of HART's former CEO, Ben Limmer.

Limmer resigned from the agency in April after being investigated for procurement policy violations and company credit card abuses. Limmer's tenure at HART lasted just over a year.

Following his departure, Limmer formed BTL Transportation LLC and began working as a public transportation consultant.

Then, last month, he was appointed by RATP Dev USA to serve as the contractor's general manager of bus operations at the Charlotte Area Transit System. The bus operations division includes 800 employees and operates 300 vehicles.

Limmer started in his new role on Oct. 26, having moved to Charlotte from Tampa.
