NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Golden Empire Transit District, a public transit district, is soliciting proposals for (10) CNG Low Floor Transit Buses. All in strict conformance with Contract Documents and Specifications therefor, entitled “10 CNG Low Floor Transit Buses RFP#G137” being on file in the offices of the Golden Empire Transit District at 1830 Golden State Avenue, Bakersfield, California.

Each proposal must be contained in a sealed envelope stating “10 CNG Low Floor Transit Buses RFP#G137”, Attention: Chris James – “Director of Maintenance” and filed at the offices of the Golden Empire Transit District, 1830 Golden State Avenue, Bakersfield, California, 93301-1012 at or before 1:00 PM, June 5, 2024.

Copies of the Contract Documents and Specifications may be obtained on the Golden Empire Transit District website www.getbus.org or by contacting Chris James, Director of Maintenance, at [email protected]

This Request for Proposals is subject to financial assistance contract between Golden Empire Transit District and the United States Department of Transportation, and or the Federal Transit Administration. If for any reason, the aforementioned financial assistance is withdrawn, then the District may withdraw this request.
