NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital is requesting proposals for Non-Emergency Patient Transportation Services for its Los Angeles hospital and medical offices. Firms interested in submitting proposals can obtain the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) by contacting:

Proposals are due by 5pm PST on May 3, 2024. Late proposals will not be accepted. The RFP provides detailed instructions on how to submit written questions and requests for clarification.

Notice of Federal Participation Financial assistance for a portion of the services detailed in this Request for Proposals will be provided by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Section 5310 funding. Any agreement to provide the transportation services for PIH Health described in the RFP will be subject to all applicable FTA regulations.

PIH Health operates its transportation program and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. All services described in this RFP shall also be subject to the same provisions of the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
