INVITATION FOR BIDS
LEASE OF TRANSIT TIRES

Sealed bids must be received by and will be opened on day, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, at the City of Waukesha Transit Commission Office at 2311 Badger Dr., Waukesha, WI 53188-3616 for Lease of Transit Tires.

The award to be let under this solicitation is subject to a financial assistance contract between the City of Waukesha and the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The successful contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations and will be required to certify that it is not ineligible for a federally assisted contract.
