LABOR ATTORNEY SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that Lane Transit District (LTD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or teams for providing legal representation for the District for general legal services related to labor law, labor negotiation, and employment law work. The RFP process is to identify and award the most responsive, reasonable, and responsible qualified Contractor based on selection through the evaluation criteria set forth determining the best solution and value for LTD and the project.

Solicitation documents are available for download via B2GNow, the LTD eBid system, at https://ltd.gob2g.com/.

Proposals are due April 30, 2024 by 11:00 a.m. (Pacific). After the closing due date and time proposals received by the closing will be opened and an official register of the submittals received will be recorded by LTD procurement. Proposals must be fully submitted in the LTD eBid system on or before the date and time specified. Late or incomplete proposals are not accepted.

NO PAPER, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAILED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VENDORS MUST REGISTER IN THE B2GNOW SYSTEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SOLICITATION
