VIA is seeking a Consultant to provide high level installation and operating costs for cooling the maintenance bays.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on March 27, 2024 at 9:30 A.M. CDT. Vendors wishing to participate may join by calling in or by clicking the hyperlink listed on Part 1 Page 2, Pre-Proposal Conference of the RFP. Upon entry into the meeting firms will be asked to list their name, company name and email address within the meeting chat. A site visit will be held on March 27, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. CDT at 4902 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, TX 78229. All prospective proposers are encouraged to attend.

Proposals must be submitted on or before 2:00 P.M. CDT, April 30, 2024.
