Knowledge and Experience:
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an operator
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of safety/training experience
- Perform DOT mandatory Drug and Alcohol testing
- Must have and maintain qualifications to operate all equipment utilized within the location
- Must have and maintain all required licenses and certifications
- Must currently hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License with P endorsement & Airbrakes
- Must hold Keolis Behind-the-Wheel Trainer Certification or acquire during the first 60 days
- Excellent customer service record, with no customer complaints in the previous twelve (12) months
- Must successfully pass the background screening process including an MVR check

- Provide experience as the Road Supervisor

- Ability to make decisions, manage change, motivate, delegate, and manage time
Key Accountabilities: - Provides behind-the-wheel training for new operators and trainees
- Conducts on-board evaluations and in service training to operators according to schedule and/or need
- Provides behind-the-wheel retraining as directed
- Performs ride checks and road observations as requested
- Completes documentation forms in accordance with Keolis, State, Federal, local, and Company requirements
- Evaluates new operator driving skills using appropriate checklists and evaluation forms
- Provides appropriate feedback to new operators
- Assesses the competence of new operators
- Ensures operators are fully trained prior to being released into revenue service
- Serves as role model and mentor to new operators
- Identifies retraining needs
- Recognizes and reports safe and unsafe acts / conditions to Management
- Provides feedback to Safety Manager, GM, Operations Manager, and other appropriate staff regarding training needs
- Assists training department in identifying additional or refresher training needs based on current trends within the employee base
