VIA has re-branded its logo, and many of the existing facilities (Primo stations, and Park & Rides) need to be updated and re-branded. This rebranding project will be completed in four phases including signage, painting, floor and tile installation, and specialties. This project is for the signage phase. Work under this project includes site work, construction of signage, monument signs and re-branding various VIA locations. The construction documents will focus on those facilities that will be re-branded through the installation of new signage to the construction of monument signs. Structural, Electrical and Landscape drawings are included in areas that need specialized modifications. A contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, October 18, 2017, in the Admin Board Room, located at 800 W Myrtle, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 PM CDT, November 21, 2017.
