2017804 Music City Central (MCC) Rehabilitation Solicitation Announcement
The Nashville Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) is providing a future solicitation announcement for an upcoming Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a Rehabilitation project at MCC. This project is the first in a program of facility rehabilitation projects for MTA’s major facilities that is anticipated to total over $25 million dollars over a 2 – 3 year period. It is anticipated that the MCC Rehabilitation ITB 2017804 will be released during the week of November 1, 2017. The ITB will be posted here on the MTA Procurement Listings website: http://www.nashvillemta.org/Nashville-MTA-procurement-list.asp ; as well as the Transit Talent website www.TransitTalent.com . The Nashville MTA hopes that by providing the vendor community a preview of this project as well as upcoming facility project opportunities, we can:
1. Improve understanding of Nashville MTA’s requirements; 2. Enable vendors to offer feedback on the specifications; and 3. Encourage full and open competition
Potential proposers are not to contact any Nashville MTA staff or personnel with any questions or clarifications concerning the upcoming MCC Rehabilitation ITB. The MTA Procurement Department will provide all official communication concerning the ITB. Contacting other MTA personnel regarding the ITB may result in disqualification. Please do not contact the MTA Procurement Department regarding the upcoming ITB until it has been released.
