Electronic submission of proposals will be accepted until 4:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Friday, October 6, 2017, by Spokane Transit Authority, 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, to provide Transit Plaza Fixed-Route Operational Planning in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package.

RFP packages may be obtained from Laurie Hitchcock, at the above address, by calling (509) 226-1979, or electronically at [email protected] . Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Ms. Jacqueline Tjards, Purchasing Manager, at [email protected] and are to be marked: “Proposal to Provide Transit Plaza Operational Planning.”

A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 3:30 p.m., Pacific Time to discuss any questions about the project. A dial-in number will be provided to all interested parties.

The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any proposers, and to accept proposals which are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
