Notice is hereby given that the Lane Transit District (“LTD”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or teams that will apply proven and innovative approaches to delivering excellent public transportation and regional mobility services in the development of a comprehensive operations analysis (COA). This analysis would entail a detailed study of the LTD’s transit service including an assessment of existing strengths, areas for improvements, and options to improve efficiency and increase usage.
Solicitation documents are available for download via LTD’s eBid eXchange web portal at https://www.ebidexchange.com/ltd after 5:00 p.m. on September 5, 2017. You must create a user ID and a password to access the solicitation. Be certain to make a note of logon information as it will be needed any time you log in to the eBid eXchange site. If you already have a user ID for eBid eXchange, be certain that your profile is updated with your latest contact information.
A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. (PST) in Conference Room A of the Lane Transit District, located at 3500 East 17th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97403. All potential proposers are strongly encouraged to attend in person in order to gain the best possible understanding of LTD's requirements. For those unable to attend in person, call-in instructions will be provided upon registration and notification of intent to propose.
Proposals will be due Thursday, October 19, 2017, by 10:00 a.m. (PST). Proposals must be submitted via upload to LTD’s eBid eXchange portal. To be considered, proposals must be received on or before the date and time specified. Any proposal received after the specified submission deadline will not be considered.
NO PAPER, FACSIMILE, OR E-MAILED PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. VENDORS MUST REGISTER IN THE EBID SYSTEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS SOLICITATION.
