P-17-021 WHEELCHAIR LIFT PARTS
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority will require a supplier to provide the services included in P-17-021 Wheelchair Lift Parts. All interested can contact the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Procurement Department at 121 W. Forsyth St, Suite 200, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, by email at [email protected] or register at www.jtafla.com to request a copy of the solicitation.
• Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM on September 15, 2017 in the JTA Board Room, 121 W Forsyth St, 3rd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32202.
• Deadline for Questions is 12:00 P.M. on September 21, 2017. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 5, 2017.
Proposals must be delivered either in person to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Receptionist Desk (South Hogan Street Customer Service Entrance), 121 W. Forsyth St, Suite 200, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, or mailed to Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Attn: Receptionist Desk, Post Office Drawer “0”, Jacksonville, Florida 32203. Please ensure that the outside of the envelope/box is labeled P-17-021 Wheelchair Lift Parts.
The Authority is not responsible for the failure of the postal service or private delivery service to locate and deliver the Proposal in a timely manner.
