The services to be procured in this Contract are for the CMTA MetroAccess South Base service. Service Providers shall deliver a fully functional MetroAccess ADA Paratransit operation. Unless explicitly stated as a CMTA responsibility, the Service Provider shall be responsible for all equipment, supplies, staff, effort and management services necessary to operate a high quality Public Transportation service. The Service Provider shall provide all personnel necessary to perform the Services.
