Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 3:00 P.M. on September 6, 2017 in the JTA Board Room, 121 W Forsyth St, 3rd Floor, and Jacksonville, FL 32202. Deadline for Questions is 12:00 P.M. on September 13, 2017. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on September 27, 2017. Proposals must be delivered either in person to the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Receptionist Desk (South Hogan Street Customer Service Entrance), 121 W. Forsyth St, Suite 200, Jacksonville, Florida 32202, or mailed to Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Attn: Receptionist Desk, Post Office Drawer “0”, Jacksonville, Florida 32203.
