NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Gardena, California, invites and will receive proposals at the City of Gardena’s GTrans Facility up to the hour of 3:00 p.m. (PST), Wednesday, August 30, 2017, for the production of bus stop signage and the provision of bus stop poles and mounting hardware in accordance with the “City of Gardena Request for Proposals (RFP) for BUS STOP SIGNAGE PRODUCTION AND HARDWARE.”

All Proposals must be addressed and mailed/delivered to the following address:

Proposals received after the date and time specified above will be rejected by the City as non-responsive and returned to the Proposers unopened.

FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that this procurement is a Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded project and therefore Proposers are hereby bound by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and certifications. In accordance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Proposers are hereby notified that DBEs are encouraged to submit proposals and will be afforded full opportunity to submit and participate in this request. Prime contractors should exert best efforts to subcontract work to DBEs as part of their bid.
