PUBLIC NOTICE
AAATA PROPOSED DBE GOALS FOR FY 2018 – FY 2020
Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (AAATA) has established a goal of 2.35% for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Program for fiscal years 2018 through 2020. This goal will be reached by using 1.85% race neutral means and .50% race conscious means.
The proposed goal and its rationale have been developed in accordance with the Federal Transit Administration’s regulations 49 CFR Part 26. The goal and rationale are available for inspection from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at AAATA’s headquarters at 2700 S. Industrial Highway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, for 30 days following the date of this notice.
The Federal Transit Administration and AAATA will accept comments on the goal for 45 days from the date of this notice. Inquiries may be directed to the following:
