Request for Statements of Qualifications
for Design and Consulting Services for a CNG Fuel Island
Golden Empire Transit District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified parties interested in providing technical consulting services for the design of a three bay CNG Fueling and Service Island for transit buses.
The services will include but not limited to the following:
- Development of Technical Drawings (Stamped)
- Equipment Specifications, Calculations and Drawings.
- Permit Acquisition
- Construction Specification Development
- Assist with the development of the Request for Proposal.
- Evaluation of Proposals
- Technical Drawing Review
- Construction Management
- Equipment Performance Testing
Interested parties should provide the minimum information in their submittal:
- Proposed Scope of Work by Task
- Current Work Load
- References
- Qualifications of All Human Resources
- Insurance Coverage Certificate
- Team Experience
- Proposed Sub-Contractors List

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. (PST) September 7, 2017 at the offices of Golden Empire Transit District located at 1830 Golden State Ave, Bakersfield, CA. 93301. Submissions must be sent to the attention of the “Maintenance Manager” and labeled “Statement of Qualifications for CNG Fuel Island”. A site walk is scheduled for August 21, 2017 @ 10A.M. for interested parties to become more familiar with the proposed project.
