Request for Statements of Qualifications
for Bus Wash Engineering and Design Services
Golden Empire Transit District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified parties interested in providing services to design two bus wash bays with a water reclaim system to wash the exterior of transit buses.
The services will include but not limited to the following:
- Development of Technical Drawings (Stamped)
- Equipment Specifications
- Permit Acquisition
- Construction Specification Development
- Assist with the development of the Request for Proposal
- Evaluation of Proposals
- Technical Drawing Review
- Construction Management
- Equipment Performance Testing
Interested parties should provide the minimum information in their submittal:
- Proposed Scope of Work by Task
- Current Work Load
- References
- Qualifications of All Human Resources
- Insurance Coverage Certificate
- Team Experience
- Proposed Sub-Contractors List

Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. (PST) September 7, 2017 at the offices of Golden Empire Transit District located at 1830 Golden State Ave, Bakersfield, CA. 93301. Submissions must be sent to the attention of the “Maintenance Manager” and labeled “Statement of Qualifications for Bus Wash Design”
