The MTC is recruiting to fill two program coordinator positions.
Clipper Program Coordinator: Implementation & Expansion
The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, overseeing, and managing Clipper Program implementation and expansion projects and tasks. In most cases, these tasks will involve coordination with other members of MTC's Clipper program management team, including staff from MTC, participating regional transit agencies, contractors and consultants.
FasTrak Program Coordinator
The individual in this position will act as support staff for the administration, coordination and delivery of the Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) electronic toll collection program. The position will work as part of a team managing the FasTrak Customer Service Center system and operations which is contracted to an outside vendor and includes the customer contact center, web services, toll transaction processing and payment processing. The FasTrak CSC manages 3 million accounts and processes electronic toll transactions and toll evasion violations for the 7 state owned toll bridges, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Bay Area Express Lanes.
